Bev Dunn - Bio
Bev Dunn always had an interest in singing since a teenager which generated the interest to play a guitar as well as singing at local restaurant open stages in Ottawa and performances for the Gloucester talent and local television, the Homegrown Cafe talent show.

Bev further advanced her vocal skills attending the Whitham School of Arts and has performed at various venues within the Ottawa and surrounding area.
Bev had been part of the former Rolly Hammond Talent and Booking agent in Ottawa providing performances for the Tulip Festival, Wonderful Wednesday Series at the World Exchange Plaza (Ottawa), as well as live performances on CBC Television for the Heart Institute telethon and local restaurants/pubs and corporate venues.

Bev is a versatile singer who can sing a variety of genres of music from rock, pop, disco, blues, easy listening and jazz, a voice with depth and projection. She has experience signing with bands as well as in a small duo or trio groups.
​
Her former piano/keyboard accompaniment, the late, Ed Bimm a former band member of the original Five Man Electrical band, Johnny Vegas and the Cooper Brothers. In addition to working with other professional musicians, Everard DeSouza (Mystara band) and Rob Del Re, Marc Morin (Starlight Jazz)

Bev was the singer at our wedding. Her singing welcomed the guests as they arrived and through the reception that followed. But the highlight were the 4 songs she sang during the ceremony. Bev's amazing voice was essential to a wonderful and fun event as all of our guests commented.
In addition to being a talented singer, Bev is a consummate professional. The business side was a delight and Bev always went the extra mile to make sure things would be excellent
